Yes. With E-Nvía can easily understand and manage bounced emails.

T o manage bounced emails in a campaign, follow these steps:

1. Within E-Nvía your account, click on the tab Messaging> Sent / Statistics
   
2. In the list, find the message you want and click on the icon of monitoring .
3. The report of the message (statistics and handling), click on the icon for more information bounce option.

E-Nvía presents a list of e-mail address and date of bounced. From this list you can create a new mailing list that contains the contacts bounce or export them to a CSV file (Excel).

The option to export the message includes return ground (English).

If you imported contacts from an external database, we recommend to debug the original database to not re-import the rejected emails and use them in a new shipment.
